Share a recipe for chocolate chip cookies – perfect for any occasion!
There’s nothing like a batch of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. The smell of them wafting through the house is sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face. And the taste? Well, it’s simply heavenly. Luckily, this delicious treat is relatively easy to make. All you need is a few simple ingredients and a bit of time.
The key to success is in the ratios. For every cup of all-purpose flour, you’ll want to use 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. As for the chocolate chips, I like to use the mini ones so that there’s chocolate in every bite. But feel free to use regular-sized chips if that’s what you have on hand. I also like to add a tablespoon or two of instant coffee granules to really bring out the chocolate flavor, but that’s entirely optional.
Once you have your ingredients gathered, simply mix everything together in a large bowl. Then scoop the dough by the tablespoon onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden brown and set.

Share a recipe for banana bread – perfect for breakfast or dessert!
There are few things more delicious than a warm slice of banana bread, fresh out of the oven. And this recipe is guaranteed to produce perfect results every time. Just follow these simple instructions and you’ll be rewarded with a moist, flavorful loaf that’s perfect for breakfast, dessert, or anytime in between.
To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, in a large bowl, mash together two ripe bananas. Add in 1/3 cup of melted butter and 1 cup of sugar. Stir until well combined. Next, add 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until everything is just combined. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional).
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
